First call for papers!
AIESEP 2020, to be held in Hong Kong, will begin accepting abstracts for the following presentation formats beginning 1 November 2019:
- Oral paper presentation
- Poster presentation
Abstracts are now open for submission via the AIESEP 2020 ExOrdo platform (http://aiesep2020.exordo.com
). The deadline for submission is 15 January 2020.
The theme for AIESEP 2020 is “Developing research-informed and practice-led innovation in curriculum, pedagogy and assessment for physical education and sport”. We hope to inspire inter-disciplinary conversations under the overarching theme, but also generate in-depth discussions on topics under our sub-themes:
- Evidence-based pedagogical practices for quality physical education and sport
- Curriculum and policy issues in promoting physical literacy via physical education and other physical activity and sport contexts
- Developing physical education, physical activity, and physical fitness assessment praxis: From theory to practice.
- Physical Education Teacher Education: Research-informed and practice-led innovation in teacher preparation and professional development
Our submission is open for presentations related to protocols and/or results of research projects, research applications, and theoretical developments in any areas related to physical education. Presentation topics may include sport pedagogy, physical activity and health of individuals of all age groups, exercise and health psychology, sociology, and any other topics that are related to sport and physical education.
